Litigants in Person (LIPs) are unrepresented parties who do not use the services of a solicitor or a barrister. As a result of cuts to the legal aid budget and the cost-of-living crisis, there has been an unprecedented increase in the number of LIPs representing themselves in the justice system. This is particularly evident in civil proceedings. Legal proceedings are stressful and intimidating. If you can afford to do so, seek out a reputable legal team.
There are various organisations who can assist you in courts in England and Wales.
That said, they cannot provide legal advice. I can help you through this process, providing help and support. I can also represent you in inquest and employment tribunal hearings.
